    Tony Parker

I've only been interested in and watching the NBA since this off-season, but Tony Parker is a player I really like. From what I've seen, albeit only in highlights (I haven't had a chance to watch the Spurs on TV in the UK yet), he's a great guard. He's great at driving to the basket and scores well on a fairly low-scoring team. He also puts up nice assist numbers and brings a lot of energy to the court. What do you guys think?

Great inside scorer. He is probably the best little guy to get in the paint and score with his skills. Unlike Monta Ellis, who is another good scorer in the paint, those spin moves, crossovers just make him impossible to mark once he starts to drive in.

However, his jumpshots HAS to get more consistent. On a normal night, he might be able to hit a few 15-20 footers, but 3s? Not really. When he's hot, he can do anything, but when he's not, it'll be risky to live or die with his jumpshots...
