Honestly, Miami or Dallas? (No Bias Answers)

I'm asking who do you think will win the Championship, I'm NOT asking who's your bet nor who do you want to win. I need your thoughts about who has the better chances of winning the NBA title this year's playoffs.

For me, even though I want Dallas to win, I can see the HEAT finish this in 6 games. What about you guys?

I want Heat to win and I can see them winning this year and start a new dynasty.
Both LeBron and Dirk were hungry with the championship these previous years but obviously LeBron has more help now.
I just can't imagine the Mavs winning the championship. We BEAT the defending Eastern Conference champs in 5, we BEAT the number 1 team this season in 5, and we will beat the team who swept the LA Lakers in ...

    Hope this helpingzzzz

The Heat have proven well worthy by beating Philly in 5, the Celts in just 5 and crushing the no.1 seeded Bulls as well in 5....

Yet the Mavs contained the hungriest Blazers in a while in just 6, SWEPT L.A. and then crushed OKC in just 5.

Both teams are 12-3 so far into the playoffs.

But the playoffs are a question of matchup, not past glory or regular season achievements or anything like that. The match-up is all, is everything.
We've seen it this year, the 4th seeded OKC crushed the 5th seeded Nuggets even though they basically had the same record.
Spurs lost in just 6 to the 8th seeded Grizz, who took the OKCT to the only 7game series...

    Examples are aplenty.
In terms of matchups, with no detailed comparison I'll just say this:
Dallas has the depth, the loaded roster.
But bball is a 5-player game, and if 3 of those are superstars, it makes a big, sometimes the WHOLE difference...we've seen it this year.

I say Dallas in 6. Somebody saying Miami in 6, I won't contest.
But I'm sure we won't see any sweeps or 5game series.
    I'm sure it'll go 6 or 7.

i know it is hard not to be homer but still, damn. it is going to game 7. i think experience and overall balance and depth prevails over superstar friends. Miami has gotten pretty frustrated at times. Dallas seems more composed i think

I want Miami Heat To win, Cause they proved that they can beat Boston Celtics and Chicago Bulls. And Six Heat Players experienced The Finals: Erick Dampier(2006), Zydrunas Ilgauskas(2007), Eddie House(2008) - Won, Udonis Haslem(2006) - Won, Lebron James(2007), and Dwayne Wade(2006) - Won. And only 3 Mavs Players only experienced a Nba Finals They are: Dirk(2006), Jason Kidd(02' and 03') and Jason Terry(2006). I think that's the Advantage of Miami.

Not being homer though, I just want to think positively. "Defense wins championship," and we proved it against the C's and the Bulls.
If we do the same or do better, then we can manage to win, especially now this team has only one scoring machine, or maybe 1 and a half. Pure talent prevails against experience, from the Heat-Celtics series.

fair argument. and trust me. Celtics were already playing badly. Mav's are on another level to Spurs, Lakers or Celtics

So let's not make this discussion any longer, we'll just see who'll win then.

The oldest team in the league doesn't have experience?

The heart says Dallas but me head says Miami, would no doubt love to see Dallas win but I think that Miami will win it in seven. I unfortunately didnt get much time to see any of the Heats playoff games so far so I cant really say much on their performances but to be able to eliminate the Celtics and the Bulls would have given them huge confidence to win it all
