    Hello All

    Hey All, Names Phalanx just call me phal,

    Basketball is my sport, i'm a ref, player and coach where i live. Ive been a ref for 5 years now and as a result i ref very high level basketball, so be prepared for some arguments over the rules , as a player I've played for 15 years now so i have experience, most of it was at a high level.

    Coaching im accredited level one here in Aus.

    I dont go for a team as such, im a fan of Allen iverson and Andrew Bogut, but if i had to pick a team id say orlando, unless they lose turklogu

    I coach like under 10's, let them go nuts while I get 5 dollars for reffing. I dont think i've called a foul in a good 10 matches, just let the other ref deal with it
